Consolidated All 13 Separate Subdomains into Single Base Domain + Clean / Routes

Removed all 13 separate *-argonbuildhackathon.aiperth.co subdomains to conserve .aiperth.co DNS/custom-domain quota and consolidated the entire Botanical Eco-Theme suite under https://hackathon-argon-feasibility-analysis.aiperth.co/.

  • Freed Up 12 Subdomain Slots: Released all 13 *-argonbuildhackathon.aiperth.co custom domains and replaced them with 1 base custom domain (hackathon-argon-feasibility-analysis.aiperth.co).
  • Clean Path Routing (/): Mapped /directory, /updates, /zenith-v2, /public-v2, /swis-engine, /deals, /bait-deals, /blueprint, /lifecycle-widget, /nsw-proof, /nsw-explorer, and /zenith-v1 via Cloudflare Worker route table.
  • Sub-Deal & Blueprint Routes: Every individual deal sheet (/deals/ranch-road, /deals/bullsbrook, /deals/ballajura, /deals/peel-corridor) and reference blueprint (/blueprint/peel-edl7, etc.) now resolves via clean paths.

Ingested Official GreenSpark Judging Criteria & Locked In Level-7 Operating Rules

Transcribed all 11 official GreenSpark Pitch & Judging Criteria slide/rubric photos (GreenSpark - Judging Criteria.docx, PITCH STRUCTURE, THE PITCHES, IMPACT FORGE, TODAY · PITCHES) into workspace instructions and live site proof maps.

  • Simplicity & Level-7 Mandate: Every live website is structured as the simplest possible proof that Team 0265 meets Level 7 across all 5 criteria (avoiding Level 4 'vibecoded' or 'un-pivoted' traps).
  • 5-Minute Pitch Alignment: Mapped our live suite directly to the official recommended 5-minute pitch split (2 min Live Demo · 2 min Customer Conversations & Pivots · 1 min Discussions, MOU & Growth).
  • 1-Click Proof Strip on Master Directory: Added the 5-card Level 7 Judging Criteria Proof Map directly below the hero banner on hackathon-argon-feasibility-analysis.aiperth.co.

Completed Full Botanical Eco-Theme Redesign & 60/60 Multi-Device Playwright Audit

Unified all 12 custom domains and 26 HTML sub-pages into the high-craft Botanical Eco Theme (#eef6f1 radial mesh, #143f33 deep forest, #c8f279 lime accents, frosted glass cards) and verified zero horizontal overflow across 5 device viewports.

  • Modern Web Standards Applied: Implemented @container size-aware card layouts (size-aware-styling), native modals with Safari fallback (light-dismiss-a-dialog), and focusable sticky-header table regions (responsive-table).
  • Unified Sticky Eco Navigation: Every sub-page features a screen-only (@media screen) top bar with 1-click return to the Master Directory and PDF download pills.
  • Playwright Multi-Device Verification: Passed 60/60 automated viewport checks across Desktop (1440×900), Tablet (820×1180, 768×1024), and Mobile (390×844, 375×667) with 0 JS errors.
Customer Pivot #1 (Zenith) Customer Pivot #1 · Criterion 1 Proof
Criterion 1 · Level 7 Pivot

Product Pivot #1: Rebuilt V1 Company-First CRM into V2 Project-First Engine After Tom Friberg's Feedback

Our initial V1 build ranked 557 WA developers by company name first. Constructive feedback from Thomas Friberg (Zenith Connected Energy) revealed BD teams qualify greenfield project scale (hectares / lots / MVA load) and Western Power substation capacity FIRST, and unmask the developer entity last.

  • Before (V1 Company-First): Listed 557 developers alphabetically/by tier before showing individual estate physics (live at hackathon-argon-feasibility-analysis.aiperth.co/zenith-v1).
  • Customer Feedback (Thomas Friberg, Zenith): 'Start from the greenfield project scale and grid constraint window first—only unmask the holding SPV and developer contacts once the project fits our MW/MVA sweet spot.'
  • After (V2 Project-First Rebuild): Built the 3-step Project-First workflow (1. Filter 189 verified projects by ha/lots/stage → 2. Check SWIS substation & feeder capacity → 3. Unmask parent brand, ACN & decision-makers).
Customer Pivot #2 (Broad Utility) Customer Pivot #2 · Criterion 4 Proof
Criterion 1 & 4 · Level 7

Product Pivot #2: Split Single-Sponsor Tool into Zenith Sponsor V2 + Stripped-Down Public V2 Engine

To serve both our challenge sponsor (Zenith Connected Energy) and any WA developer, civil engineer, town planner, or utility facing grid bottlenecks—without leaking Zenith's confidential BOO hurdle rates—we engineered a dual-compilation pipeline.

  • Zenith Sponsor Build (zenith-v2): Retains ERAWA EDL7/EDL9/EDL10 benchmark DNA, internal BOO sizing rules (≤4 MW CMD, ≤10 MW PV+BESS), and commercial call scripts.
  • Public Broad-Utility Build (public-v2): Compiled via generate_html_bundles.py with automated sensitive-marker verification (public_sensitive_marker_check: passed).
  • Proves Criterion 4 Level 7: Demonstrates broad statewide utility for anyone experiencing the WA grid connection challenge, never a narrow vendor pitch.
Customer Pivot #3 (Title Unmasking) Customer Pivot #3 · Criterion 1 & 5 Proof
Criterion 1 & 5 · Level 7

Product Pivot #3: Built Deterministic SPV & Land Title Buyer-Unmasking Pipeline (WA + NSW Proof)

Discussions with Landgate and planning stakeholders highlighted that raw property and planning records only expose opaque shell SPVs (e.g. '201 Stock Road Pty Ltd') or parcel numbers ('Lot on Plan'), hiding the real parent developer and contact person.

  • Multi-Register Entity Resolution: Cross-links WAPC applications, EPA s.38 referrals, WA DAP minutes, Landgate tenure/NIC records, and ASIC ACN/director extracts across 557 WA developers.
  • Cross-Jurisdiction Proof (NSW Land Signals): Proved the exact same deterministic buyer-unmasking architecture on early-stage NSW greenfield corridors (Wilton, Austral, Vineyard, Riverstone, Cobbitty).
  • Proves Criterion 5 Level 7 ('Deployable Now'): Real SQLite + LanceDB + GeoJSON spatial joins running in production.

  • Deal 01 — Lot 50 Ranch Rd, Mariginiup (East Wanneroo Precinct 8): 25.09 ha · ~420–500 lots · 2.5–3.2 MVA · Qube Property Group.
  • Deal 02 — Lot 102 (201) Stock Rd, Bullsbrook: 72.18 ha Freight Industrial · 3.6–7.2 MVA · Troon Group / 201 Stock Road Pty Ltd.
